Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order amount required. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking email for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, reship your order or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Noble Bed is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@thenoblebed.com.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.
