Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@thenoblebed.com with your order number and reason for the return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided in our return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to your original payment method
- Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@thenoblebed.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been washed, used, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Gift cards
